Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
*Shipping & handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
