Privacy: SCloud Themes will not give out any information provided by you under any circumstances. We will never give, sell, or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone unless we are legally required to do so.

 

Copyright: All product designs and information are the sole property of SCloud Themes. Reproducing and copying any designs and data from this site without written permission from SCloud Themes violates copyright laws. SCloud Themes holds ownership and copyright of all designs, whether custom or existing. 

 

Color: The color on the screen may differ slightly from printed colors. SCloud Themes accepts no responsibility for very slight differences in printed colors.

 

Pricing: All prices are in American Dollars.

 

Price Changes: SCloud Themes reserves the right to alter product prices at any time.

 

Damaged Stock: If the products you ordered arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch and advise us of the damage before returning stock.

 

Payment: We accept credit cards. All orders will be processed once full payment is received.

 

Refunds: You can return any unopened or defective items, for any reason, within 7 days after the date of delivery for a refund. If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require photo proof of the defective item; after then, you will receive a full refund. Any refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
