Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and leave our California warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Every order ships with tracking. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Speeds
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Choose from three delivery speeds at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days after your order ships
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days after your order ships
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days after your order ships
Transit times begin once your package leaves our warehouse, not on the date you place your order. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates reflect typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, high-volume seasons such as the holidays, and carrier delays can extend transit times beyond the windows listed above.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

Return Policy
Return Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to start a return or report an issue with your order.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, send us a message within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized orders and customized Mystery Kawaii Gift Boxes are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage during shipping as described above.
Change of Mind Returns
To return an item for any other reason, send us a message within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us. Once you have posted your return, send us the tracking number so we can watch for it.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
