What You'll Receive:
Please refer to the listing photos to view box sizes. You will receive the amount of goodies listed for each box size, plus additional bonus freebies. Styles will be selected at random for a true surprise experience.
How To Order:
- Add your desired gift box size to your cart.
- Click the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of your screen.
- In the "Order Special Instructions" box, you can provide details about the recipient, such as their occupation, gender, age, hobbies, favorite color, preferred themes, or any specific preferences. Please provide two alternative options in case your first choice is out of stock, so you'll still receive a gift box tailored to your liking. If you'd prefer it to be a surprise, simply write "Surprise me." This way, we can customize your gift box to make it extra special for the recipient!
Please note: Customized requests or details for the box must be entered in the "Order Special Instructions" box before checking out. If the request is missing, our team will fulfill your order with a mystery selection based on our best guess.

Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
