Helium supported; they can float with Helium. Made of quality aluminum foil and containing a certain degree of thickness, stable and sturdy to use; its tight seams and safe inflation valves can support endless fun, easy to inflate with a straw or a pump. 3D and 4D Balloons are made of Aluminum Foil, which is thick and suitable for decorating party backgrounds, balloon garland arches, and festivals.

Use an air pump, Helium Tank, or a straw to inflate balloons.
Do not overinflate them.
Our 3D/ 4D foil balloons are self-sealing when the inflation is completed; put the seals to pinch flat, and the balloon automatically seals glue.

Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
