Each set will come in your selected color theme, with the exception of the foil curtains, which are SILVER by default. If you would like to request a different curtain color, please leave a note in the "Order Special Instructions" box under "Your Cart" — this box appears before you place your order.

In the "Order Special Instructions" box, provide details such as:
- Color preferences for the foil curtains and balloons
- Please note that we add SILVER foil curtains by default. If you'd prefer a different color, leave a comment with your preferred curtain color.
- Blue Number balloons are out of stock. If you purchase a blue set, it will be replaced with Silver Number Balloons.
Customized requests must be entered in the "Order Special Instructions" box before checking out. If not, our team will not receive your request, and we may not be able to fulfill your order accurately.
Material:
- All balloons are helium-compatible and made of thick, high-quality aluminum foil or latex. Foil balloons are self-sealing with tight seams and safe inflation valves for long-lasting use. Suitable for photo backdrops, balloon arches, and event decorations.
Sold uninflated – assembly required. Colors may vary slightly from the images shown.
Warning: Choking hazard. Children under 8 years old can choke on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach and discard broken balloons immediately

*Please allow 1 to 2 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm PST are treated as if they came in the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
*Shipping & handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
