- Each set will come in your selected color theme, with the exception of the foil curtains, which are SILVER by default. If you would like to request a different curtain color, please leave a note in the "Order Special Instructions" box under "Your Cart" - this box appears before you place your order.
How To Order:
Add your desired gift box size to your cart.
Click the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of your screen.
In the "Order Special Instructions" box, provide details such as:
Color preferences for the foil curtains and balloons
Please note that we add SILVER foil curtains by default. If you'd prefer a different color, leave a comment with your preferred curtain color.
Blue Number balloons are out of stock. If you purchase a blue set, it will be replaced with Silver Number Balloons.
Customized requests must be entered in the " Order Special Instructions " box before checking out . If not, our team will not receive your request, and we may not be able to fulfill your order accurately.
All balloons are helium-compatible and made of thick, high-quality aluminum foil or latex. Foil balloons are self-sealing with tight seams and safe inflation valves for long-lasting use. Suitable for photo backdrops, balloon arches, and event decorations.
Good to know
- Sold uninflated - assembly required. Colors may vary slightly from the images shown.
- Warning: Choking hazard. Children under 8 years old can choke on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach and discard broken balloons immediately

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and leave our California warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Every order ships with tracking. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Speeds
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Choose from three delivery speeds at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days after your order ships
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days after your order ships
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days after your order ships
Transit times begin once your package leaves our warehouse, not on the date you place your order. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates reflect typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, high-volume seasons such as the holidays, and carrier delays can extend transit times beyond the windows listed above.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

Return Policy
Return Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to start a return or report an issue with your order.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, send us a message within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized orders and customized Mystery Kawaii Gift Boxes are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage during shipping as described above.
Change of Mind Returns
To return an item for any other reason, send us a message within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us. Once you have posted your return, send us the tracking number so we can watch for it.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
