2 - For the Personalized Name Bag (No Add-On Items Option):
In the personalization box, please provide the name for each bag, and gender, separated by commas. For example: Linda ( Girl ), Alex ( Boy ), Alex ( Girl ), John (max 5 characters per name). It helps us to tailor the items for boys or girls.
- For Basic, Premium, Deluxe Bag Options:
Besides providing the name for each bag, please add the following details.
- Color of items: We have more than 300 styles and 20,000 items in inventory. We will do our best to match your party colors. You can type "mix" or "rainbow" if you would like colorful items.
- Themes: We offer a variety of themes, including:

Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
*Shipping & handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
