Custom numbers:

To buy different numbers besides numbers 0 to 9, for example, 12, 16, 25, 32, etc., please select "other numbers" to add to the cart and leave me a note about the numbers of your choice before checking out. The Note box is under your items list in the cart before you place your order.
If you purchase multiple themes and want different numbers for each theme, please be specific in the Note Box. For example: "Race Car Theme Balloon Garland: number 18. Unicorn Theme Balloon Set: number 11". Otherwise, we will send you the same numbers for all the themes you purchase in your order.
If you forget to leave us a note before placing your order, don't worry, just send us an email as soon as you can.

Material:

Helium supported; they can float with Helium. Made of quality aluminum foil and containing a certain degree of thickness, stable and sturdy to use; its tight seams and safe inflation valves can support endless fun, easy to inflate with a straw or a pump. 3D and 4D Balloons are made of Aluminum Foil, which is thick and suitable for decorating party backgrounds, balloon garland arches, and festivals.

Sold uninflated - assembly required. Colors may vary slightly from the image shown.

Warning: Choking hazard! Children under eight years old can choke on not inflated or broken balloons! Parents' supervision is required! Keep not inflated balloons from children! Discard broken balloons at once.

Refund policy

At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.

The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.

Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
