Bought most often as a birthday gift, a wedding or shower favor, a teacher thank-you and a Christmas present. Also popular as shelf decor that only gets lit on good days.

Burn it safely
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and burn within sight.
- Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable.
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface and trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and let it cool before relighting.
- These look like food but are made of wax. Do not eat them.
- Choking hazard! Children under 8 can choke on uninflated or broken pieces. Adult supervision is required! Discard broken items immediately. Do not eat.
- Candles may look yummy, but please DO NOT EAT!

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Speeds
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Choose from three delivery speeds at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days after your order ships
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days after your order ships
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days after your order ships
Transit times begin once your package leaves our warehouse, not on the date you place your order. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates reflect typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, high-volume seasons (such as the holidays), and carrier delays can extend transit times beyond the windows listed above.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

Return Policy
Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to start a return or report an issue with your order.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at scloudthemes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. No return shipment is required for damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized orders and customized Mystery Kawaii Gift Boxes are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage during shipping as described above.
Change of Mind Returns
If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, contact us at scloudthemes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. An $8 return label fee is deducted from your refund once the item is received back in original condition.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
