Baby Boxes with Letters for ONE include 3pcs transparent boxes with white edges, 1 set of “ONE” letters, and dot glue. Balloon garland or other props in the pictures are not included.
🔸ADD ON ( PRE-SET Balloons ) add extra 18 colorful balloons to fill in the boxes with a small charge ($26). Pre-set tones: white and baby blue, white and baby pink, white and gold, olive green and pastel peach, olive green and white, white and gold, pastel rainbow.

Refund policy
At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.
The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
