The balloons are made of durable biodegradable natural foil, and every foil balloons have been rigorously tested and selected manually, safe, thick and strong. You don't have to worry about the quality of the balloon of the race car party supplies, but don't let the balloon expand too much.

If you purchase multiple themes and you would like to get different numbers for each theme, please be specific in the Note Box.

Material: Made of quality aluminum foil and contains a certain degree of thickness, stable and sturdy to use, its firm seams and safe inflation valves can support for lasting fun, easy to inflate with a straw or a pump. Small balloons are made of natural thick rubber latex.

Number Foil Balloon: Helium supported; they can float with Helium.

Sold uninflated - assembly required. Colors may vary slightly from image shown.

Refund policy

At SCloud Themes, we are passionate about ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise you are unhappy with, return it to us within seven days after the delivery date for a refund.

The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at scloudthemes@gmail.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper.

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 7 days before the holiday, in original condition, and with an order confirmation email.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should send your return via a traceable form and retain the proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. SCloud Themes does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.

Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrect supplies, SCloud Themes will cover the item.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 5-10 business days*.
